I am experienced with a full range of client types, ages, levels of fitness and goals. I do my homework to design a program that will produce results and modify often. I know all of the equipment out there from kettle bells, barbell, TRX and machines and can also offer routines that don't require equipment so that they can be done anywhere on your own time. I interestingly figure out the best approach be it subtle or straightforward to encourage clients to keep moving forward, or to just keep moving toward their goals. This is my full time job, I intend it to be my career, I am committed to do it right for each client. I am a good communicator and just as importantly a good listener.
